We're making progress...
Since November 2019 we have consistently diverted over 70% of our waste, month-after-month- from landfills, thru aggressive Recycling & Composting of our used coffee grinds. We are the first Coffee House in Philadelphia to become a SILVER ZERO WASTE PARTNER. WE THANK YOU! |

In August 2019, we have BANNED the use of all
Single-Use Plastic Bags in our business as well have replaced all Plastic Straws with Eco-Friendly Paper Straws & all plastic stirrers with Eco-Friendly 100% Bamboo sticks. In June 2019, we BANNED the use of all Styrofoam (polystyrene foam) in our business. THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING! We have made vast improvements to: our recycling program, reducing our waste through composting, reducing energy usage thru new LED lights, & in April 2021, we have introduced our New Eco-Friendly Coffee Bags. It is our hope that you join us & assist us as we lead the efforts in our business community to be more environmentally friendly! |
